Because the good people, that body Constitutionally empowered to run the show, cannot make sane decisions as to representation without knowing all things - good, bad, ugly.

there cannot ever be "Peace on Earth" so long as there is an offensive and aggressive "defense" industry.
End madness before madness ends us all; pieces on Earth.

There’s no immediate recovery from a nuclear war. You must rebuild. Time. But these agencies must be destroyed and built anew.
