This republic was not established by cowards; and cowards will not preserve it. Elmer Davis
An oath sworn at least seven times (and by everyone who dons a military uniform too public servants) includes duty to support and defend our Constitution against all enemies - foreign and domestic.
Our Republic's National Security Strategy (NSS), signed by President Trump in 2017, is built around four pillars ...
1. Protect the American people, homeland, and the American way of life;
2. Promote American prosperity;
3. Preserve peace through strength;
4. Advance American influence.
As to 3., "We will preserve peace through strength by rebuilding our military so that it remains preeminent, deters our adversaries, and if necessary, is able to fight and win."
Page 28 introduces the term "overmatch" - which ensures any fight is not fair. Advantage America.
The Department of Defense mission statement: Provide the military forces needed to deter war to protect the security of our country.
So ...
Why is the domestic threat to our Constitution - by extremists including "public servants" - not being addressed as an enemy?
Whom the cowards?
