The only interesting answers are those that destroy the questions. Susan Sontag
Contrary to what Democrats, the kill Kavanaugh mob, and media says ...
There is no right to be believed.
However, the presumption of innocence is a right. A right of our judicial system. But Judge Brett Kavanaugh is not being extended that right.
Without evidence, the judge has been convicted (of sexual assault); though his accuser shoulders burden of proof.
Absent proof, tactics against the judge (and family) and others, if not witnessed, are quite unbelievable.
That a small uncivilized mob recently shouted Senator Ted Cruz (R, TX) and his wife out of a Washington D. C. restaurant with the chant "We believe survivors" and absurd questions is ridiculous.
Such behavior does not meet the standards of common courtesy and civility. And, ironically, is bullying (another favored charge of Democrats and the kill Kavanaugh mob). Not to mention disturbing the peace and trespassing.
At this writing the accuser and the judge are scheduled to testify Thursday before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Judge Kavanaugh was ready yesterday.
Christine Blasey Ford is still in question.
There is one outcome: a sole survivor; destroy Judge Kavanaugh or destroy Ms. Ford.
That he is a sitting judge moot. Destroy him during questioning.
That she is a woman alleging sexual assault moot. Destroy her during questioning.
Thursday's questions and answers will be interesting only if guaranteed by destruction.
Fact of the matter is this confirmation hearing is subordinate to the agenda of present day politics - which is not about Republicans and Democrats and Independents and one Constitution but Constitutionalists versus anti-Constitutionalists.
Anti-Constitutionalists.
Domestic enemies.
Domestic enemies must be destroyed.
War is not just a foreign affair; as we know and damn well better believe.
