My position is the questions, though valid, are not so at this point (emphasis on "at this point" and I stressed a couple three times) in the race. There are bigger, more important questions about our own force that should be asked of all candidates now (and they are not being asked). Six questions I outlined in an early commentary pertain - http://acoloneloftruth.blogspot.com/2015/08/gop-candidates-marines-have-questions.html - the questions are so numbered. For me, asking the names of enemies today that may not be alive tomorrow is akin to building a house - starting with the roof. Our own force is being destroyed (by the Obama regime) and few are paying attention. Though Mr. Trump has noticed and made passing comments to rebuilding. We would as a country benefit if Mr. Hewitt et al., started with the foundation (of the house) and asked the six questions (or some akin) I've outlined. There is time, as the field of candidates thins, to zero in on enemy particulars. I doubt Obama could answer them without coaching so in a way the questions were both valid and unfair. What bothers me is that Trumps response, as usual, was to revert to name-calling. This third grade behavior and not worthy of a presidential candidate. If Trump really wants to be the president he needs to start acting presidential. Bombast isn't going to get it done.

Bob ShannonAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7191205038617397351.post-89518923988294945362015-09-05T07:09:36.523-04:002015-09-05T07:09:36.523-04:00To the "Anonymous" reader who extracted ...To the "Anonymous" reader who extracted a couple of sentences, removing them from context, and commented taking exception... On the top left of the blog site is posted the rules for seeing reader comments, especially those in disagreement, published. Simply, opinions are welcome but not under the guise of anonymity. For that standard of decorum there is good reason. Have the courage to claim your words or do not bother submitting to this forum. Thank you.
