COMEY'S COMELY CONJECTURE

COMEY'S COMELY CONJECTURE

I think now I'm being taken a little more seriously. That's pure conjecture on my part. Tom Wopat

Well, Mr. James Comey, former Director, FBI fired by President Trump, just concluded his open forum testimony before Congress.

I watched every minute.

Blah, blah, blah integrity.

Blah, blah, blah honesty.

Blah, blah, blah loyalty.

The highlight ...

While still Director, and following one-on-one meetings with President Trump, Mr. Comey made notes of the meetings.

Why?

Because he thought President Trump might lie.

The operative word being might.

That constitutes a conjecture.

Cutting through the (boring) nonsense and media circus to come ...

President Trump loyalists heard what they wanted to hear.

Conjecture.

The anti-President Trump crazies heard what they wanted to hear.

Conjecture.

Of neither persuasion, I heard the same old nonsense.

And concluded nothing has changed, nor will, in Washington - there are too many immoral, unethical, unprincipled lying dogs; trying to eat (or hump) one another.

And that (wrongly) insults real and true dogs (and camels).

Where was the comely Mr. Comey when the previous President, and his pick to be his successor, did lie?

Might we ever get a serious answer? Any answer?

Nope.

But that, doggone it, is pure conjecture on my part.

I would conjure that your conjecture is "spot on."

I heard much of the same Andy. Blah, blah blah. Then I heard hm confess to leaking privileged and probably classified information to a friend with the intent of having it given to the NYT. That's not the actions of a "whistleblower" . He should go to jail.
