ADDENDUM: THE ELECTION - A DEFENSE PERSPECTIVE

Republicans and Democrats can barely do what they're supposed to do, and they sure can't do math! Lewis Black

Early this morning, long before coffee, I wrote and published: 'The Election - A Defense Perspective'
http://acoloneloftruth.blogspot.com/2016/10/the-election-defense-perspective.html

After three cups of coffee, some time picking a genuine American instrument, and rigorous exercise - and before going to paint a landscape - a thought, or two, of math; a little something based on "calculus" (not so good at) and statistics (a knack for).

The math ...

12071941 + 09112001 = 21183942

Now to transform the math with operations and variable x ...

(12/07/1941) + (09/11/2001)x [terrorists attacks on and in America]) = a number too horrific to imagine much less calculate.

On our current trajectory, the calculus simple and the statistical odds of disaster departing our favor.

Not too many minutes ago I listened to Mr. Trump speak from Gettysburg. How appropriate.

But a harbor, a couple of towers, the Pentagon, a field, and thousands of innocents came to mind.

A text came in: Good speech by Trump. Liked what I heard.....America 1st thru specific plans. (An American flag emoticon ended the note.)

Short return text agreeing but pointed out Mr. Trump lacks two "qualifications.": 1) He's without vagina (at least not one of his own anatomy; 2) He's not a criminal.

So we pray voters, most likely bewildered by calculus and statistics, set aside any Republican and Democrat allegiance as to favor country, do simple math, and figure Mr. Trump is the answer.
